Yes, it's easy to make a bold prediction for TSL...after the games have been played and broadcasted.

It was not really the bold prediction that prompted my response, it was him calling the people who voted Reign to win "delusional". I felt that was a bit of a low blow, especially after the results were broadcasted. I too thought TSL was favored to win, but the people who thought Reign could win given the recent shakeups at TSL had a good reason to think that Reign could win.
Still, it's nothing flagrant and thus does not really warrant too much further attention. Congrats TSL!

It was always easy. Even in their darkest days TSL aren't going to lose to a foreign team not called Mouz, Evil Geniuses or Team Liquid.

False.
TSL has Polt, Revival, and Symbol. Everyone else is kinda streaky.

I think Empire and maybe even Dignitas has bigger chances to defeat TSL than TL has.

The only strong player on that team is Polt Unfortunately, many good koreans are underexposed (particularly to foreigners). Thinking that the "only strong player" in TSL is Polt is a good example of this problem. The final scores also tend to be somewhat unreliable as an overall skill comparison between the teams. Quite often, it seems to me that these "close results" are as much a merit of the losing team's players as a matter of the winners' charity. I don't mean this in a negative sense, but teams often avoid using their ace players as long as possible to help newcomers stand out. What would the score have been if TSL had sent Polt, Symbol and Revival (or Hyun, I am not sure about how good he is right now) immediately? Everyone can take games off everyone, and upsets happen, but I would say that it is overly optimistic to actually bet on the foreigner teams as of today.

oh + Show Spoiler + ... that was not your best
gonna have to own in LB now i guess...

Would have been closer if GiX didn't throw away his game. Don't even know why he played such a heavy heavy macro game when he doesn't seem like he has the multitask skill to even handle it properly at all. Running his infestors that had lots of energy away from speed roaches without even fungalling them was such a noob mistake.

Totally a SLush fan after these games!

Lol at the TL write up prediction of 5-2 ReIGN. Some people are just delusional to the extent that they think random code B players like Symbol and Ragnarok are worse than 'well known foreigners'. TSL didn't even use their ace players, I have barely seen any of these players before, but I knew they would easily dispatch a decent foreign team.
