Seems pretty obvious. Assuming Strelok wins, 3 way tie at 2-1. Go to mapscore, Naniwa is through and White-ra and Strelok are tied 4-3. White-ra won over Strelok so he's through.

i remember some epic tiebreakers in iem so im not too sure about those rules

O yeah, my first time spectating SC2 was an IEM where there was this 3way tie that took like 4 hours to break. I think it was sjow, some korean guy, and some german guy. Not sure.

NaNi has best mapscore in group, so yes.

nani 5:2
ra 4:3

if strelok wins 2:0 he is 4:3 as well, nani advances because of the best mapscore, leaving ra vs strelok, same mapscore so head-to-head decides, which white ra won, so he is through.

So white ra was through no matter what.

I thought they didn't do Mapscore??

I wonder if players going to IEM Sao Paulo are aware that they will be playing under constant lag because we don't have battle.net servers in South America

I'm talking about all tournaments not just this one. If you have watched some of the major tournaments you'd know that many have different rules when it comes to tie breakers and it creates this discussion EVERY TIME, also with casters that have no idea themselves. Something that would be very easy to fix by simply publishing the rules. I think that's a pretty obvious fix.
