He is using this build every pvp, right? We saw how that panned out vs leenock. PvP... Leenock? Don't you remember MLG? He went nexus first everytime vs leenock and because of that lost. My point has nothing to do with the matchup he's playing, the point I'm trying to make is that naniwa's achilles heel is usually his predictability. If he had more builds he probably could do very well in korea.
Ah, OK. I do remember him using one particular 2gate Stalker opening every PvT for a while, but I haven't seen enough of him to know how predictable he is.

isn't it tie breakers if Strelok wins, IEM always has tiebreakers?

Is this going to be rebroadcasted? Missed like the whole thing since I woke up at 12:45 T.T

Pretty sure he had two?? And the second one came just after the fight started??

Welp, loooong wait for a fucking baneling bust on tal'darim :p

nani 5:2 ra 4:3
if strelok wins 2:0 he is 4:3 as well, nani advances because of the best mapscore, leaving ra vs strelok, same mapscore so head-to-head decides, which white ra won, so he is through.
So white ra was through no matter what.

LOL Zenio saying "enough with the pausing nonsense"!

Well that was very disappointing -_-'

I hope for a tie breaker just to see Naniwa vs Strelok..... in a fair environment.

so is mapscore the first gate for tiebreakers? or is it head to head?
|
But strelok wun against nani? Does Nani still get through?
|
On January 20 2012 03:23 -_- wrote: so is mapscore the first gate for tiebreakers? or is it head to head? Pretty sure it's mapscore then head to head since you can't head to head if there are 3 people tied.
Edit: well maybe you could if 2 of them beat the same player? not sure though since this would mean they all beat Titan and then went 1-1 against each other.

That was last year though, maybe they changed the rules, as those tiebreakers were pretty ridiculous. Went on for hoooooours because player A>player B>Player C>Player A...so silly :p

Do they still use that if there are mapscore differences?
