Nani had 3 and all of them targeted units while white ras randomly fired. Also he constantly blinked away the damaged stalker.

yeah i know but man... that is really hard to pull off while blinking

nani's build is so so good

Yeah but that's why I guess he doesn't do so hot in korea. He is using this build every pvp, right? We saw how that panned out vs leenock.

PvP... Leenock?

Don't you remember MLG? He went nexus first everytime vs leenock and because of that lost. My point has nothing to do with the matchup he's playing, the point I'm trying to make is that naniwa's achilles heel is usually his predictability. If he had more builds he probably could do very well in korea.

Ah, OK. I do remember him using one particular 2gate Stalker opening every PvT for a while, but I haven't seen enough of him to know how predictable he is.

isn't it tie breakers if Strelok wins, IEM always has tiebreakers?

nani 5:2
ra 4:3

if strelok wins 2:0 he is 4:3 as well, nani advances because of the best mapscore, leaving ra vs strelok, same mapscore so head-to-head decides, which white ra won, so he is through.

So white ra was through no matter what.

Seems pretty obvious. Assuming Strelok wins, 3 way tie at 2-1. Go to mapscore, Naniwa is through and White-ra and Strelok are tied 4-3. White-ra won over Strelok so he's through.

I hope for a tie breaker just to see Naniwa vs Strelok..... in a fair environment.

Pretty sure it's mapscore then head to head since you can't head to head if there are 3 people tied.

Edit: well maybe you could if 2 of them beat the same player? not sure though since this would mean they all beat Titan and then went 1-1 against each other.

That was last year though, maybe they changed the rules, as those tiebreakers were pretty ridiculous. Went on for hoooooours because player A>player B>Player C>Player A...so silly :p

Oh wait yeah you're right. Do they still use that if there are mapscore differences?
