Sensible reaction by the organizers, albeit a bit sketchy by the rules. (I doubt they had predicted such a situation.)

Overall this leaves the tournament with a quite bad feel, considering catz/illusion doesn't deserve at all to be playing the finals, hence the finals is uninteresting because now we will not see the two best players of the tournament face each other. I think very very few people woulda been mad had you just said "it's early morning in Europe, the finals will be played later!", but like this the legitimacy of the tournament is out of the window. Shame!~

Because a player failed to plan ahead then the entire organization including the casters and viewers and streamers should roll over and submit? Because no single player is no more obligated to play as organizers are to comfort the needs of the participants. It's a mutual relationship. As much as it is a unfortunate loss for ONOG, it is still within the realm of a player just being tired. As much as Stephano has left them standing in the rain it is equally unneeded of the co-caster to make fun of people needing rest. As much as it is outside of ONOG's control, it is equally absurd to force any player to play when he feels he isn't able to. The decision of the tournament organizer has to be respected. Mocking players however is not.
