everyone is whining about ghosts and terran wins 1 out of 20 games vs zerg lategame =/ Not saying its imba or anything but there is 0 evidence at all that ghosts are in anyway to good vs zerg.

Stephano relies on his unorthodox playstyle to really excel. This I feel is the crux of his lack of success in Korea. If one is not taken by surprise by his fast hive tech broodlord style, it becomes really easy to deal with, but if one is taken by surprise Stephano gains a massive advantage. His style is just a coinflip.

Lol, I always find it funny when people semi balance whine and the T player losses.

I am just glad that this didn´t end in a stalemate like last game. Pretty fun game

I think Thorzain is making this game way too hard for himself.
You are better off by being the aggressor as Terran.

This is where SC2 is heading I think, as players get so much better at defending it becomes a long macro game, and it seems everyone is still learning what that even means.

At the highest levels, thats what we saw with Leenoc vs ForGG...

It's not even a macro game. It's a crappy stalemate because of not well thought abilities like fungal. This is the kind of crap you wouldnt see in a hundred years on BW

And secondly I think that my opinion is shared with most of the community when I say that these long epic games are really entertaining.

Not even close.

When you compare that to Leenock JJakji or MMA DRG, I can't even begin to think of that as entertaining. The only people finding this entertaining are Thorzain fans and Stephano fans.

your life must be really boring

Not really.

There are a ton of games that happen every day on a variety of streams that are more entertaining. You must have a very limited view of SC2, anything that goes over 40 minutes is instantly "EPIC GAMEZ, BEST GAME EVAR" instead of a 10 minute game filled with intense micro and one mistake causing a victory "UGH WHAT A LAME ALL IN".

Welp, I'd better stop, I'm probably risking a ban.

That was an insane comback from Stephano, not many zergs can do that. It was pure art how he played that game :>
I love when players make big decisions in late game. 10 minute games usually come down to micro, not that fun.

Yet I saw Goody 2 - 1 Stephano with minimal effort using mech -_-
Maybe mech is the answer vs Stephano's style?

It's Goody mech ... you can't compare.

He normally dont go so fast Broodlords but since its Thorzain he is playing it make sence. And thats why Stephano allmsot died to Thorzain push

Stephano doesn't drone up superfast a la Ret or Idra though, he tends to be a bit more robust vs Terran's more standard pushes. Granted Thorzain probably has to change something up here.

I disagree, this game was lost by Thorzains lack of scouting. When playing TvZ you must always try to scout for the Hive and Lair timming to either hit with a nice timming before that(Which Tzain almost did this game) or to be prepared.

This loss was more Tzains fault than anything
