EDIT: Also, one thing I want to note is that he repeatedly stomp Sage at first, but... it almost looked like Sage was getting better due to their games against each other and towards the end, they were pretty even in matches if you exclude the time before the Blizzard Cup. I've been watching the replays of those games to see what I can figure out sometimes; it feels weird watching them because Squirtled played WAY better than he normally does in the GSL... Yes Squirtle had Stephanos number. Stephano just coulnt beat Squirtle. But sage nahh

Remember HSC4, how many times MC did go in late game vs zerg? Never. and what happens if the zerg defends perfectly? this argument you use is flawed cuz every strategy needs an anti-strategy, rushes and allins have anti-strategy so if a lategame comp got no anti strategy the rusher will be in a disadvantage, even if he manages to win with it some times.

That's not how a game should be balanced. Bear in mind that there are a number of situations in which the only way to win is to just go kill your opponent in a certain time window. For an extreme example, imagine that I as Protoss make 3 expansions before my first Stalker. If you can kill me in that timing window, you should, and that's fine from a game design point of view.

I bet the report system was for everyone when it was introduced, but the amount of false reports made cleaning for the mods pretty hard I must believe. Don't worry, the message will be sent.
