Uhhhh...... I maybe used MS paint like once or twice back in middle school....... so...... I still wouldn't know how to make banners even then :/

If you find a background you like, you can crop it and overlay readable text on top of it with a photo manip program. (MS Paint works, or something like GIMP, just find the Text tool and type whatever you want.)
Disclaimer: I have never made a banner before in my life.

Well...i'm not saying I would make them, but saying "you guys leave it to one person" is kind of untrue, at least in regards to this one. Seeing as this was made 2-3 days before the event. So even if someone else wanted to make the forum it's too late.
Edit: And in my opinion this LR looks pretty sweet, really cool event banner, I like having pictures of all the players, no anime casters this time, perfect for me.
