In that situation there is no reason to leave a gap at all. And it was pretty obvious that there was a gap, don't see how any progamer could make that mistake. Oh well, no way you can prove anything, and Inca sure did look upset with himself after that game, huh guys...

Im sure polt and losira feel better that inca built units before he threw the game.

If Inca wins this, he gets tons of respect from me for playing hard. If he does something stupid and rolls over, then I hope he gets pummeled in Code S. I would bet a shitton of money on Inca losing this game. There's just no way he will screw a former long time teammate. Sure, he will create the illusion of trying (unlike naniwa ) but in the end Inca will allow zenio to win.
I'll have to quote myself here. This was such an obvious set up. I actually thought it was going to be a bit more "hidden", like Inca playing out a longer game in which he just gets outmacroed or something.
In the end it's funny because objectively it's a very similar situation to the naniwa incident. For inca this game was as meaningless as was naniwa's game for naniwa. Win or lose, he was in. On the contrary, he actually had something to gain from losing - his long time former teammate would get in.
I think it's quite clear that this is ultimately an issue with the format. The format has to be fixed and it's GOM's fault for not doing that.

nani did throw that game obviously with one of his hand off the keyboard, not microing at all
and how can you tell inca threw that game away? can you read his mind?

One could apply that to most players failing to make it to code S. Really they belong in the borderlands between code S/A. They certainly have code S skill, I didn't say they hadn't, but they ain't code S worthy atm.

The reason I say he threw the game away was not because he left a gap in his wall, but the fact he had 800 minerals and built a tonne of gateways in his main instead of re-walling off to stop the zerglings from reinforcing.. every pro gamer knows once they break the wall you must re-wall off to stop them from streaming in.. any high level player can see that was a throw away.

Anyhow, congratulations to Zenio, he played good today.

If InCa had meant to give the game away, I can't imagine why he'd have scouted and pressured with those two early zealots. Better to just get 'surprised' by what Zenio does, or lose the game through passivity, no? Doesn't make sense to build five cannons and then misplace a building, that's not a good way to purposely lose the game.

If it was fixed (I dont think so) it would be been better if inka went DT's and Zenio when blind spores, and then after the game said, "Hey it was Inka"

I don't think Inca played his best at all, but there is no way you can say it was thrown. Any Code S class Protoss should have seen the all-in coming, had his wall up and then won easily with cannons/void rays. But Inca is bad.
So either Inca is really, really bad or it was thrown. Or both.
Still, nothing you can do. Losira/Polt had their chance to beat Inca, but his DT's were too much.
