This qualifier is a qualifier for the American qualifier for the IEM Grand Tournament. Honestly it should still be allowed to stream since there are great players in it, but the American grand finals qualifier will be streamable for sure. | ||

I thought IEM rules were that you have to live in the area of the qualifier -- Ret lives / is in Europe at the moment. | ||
