Same drill as usual:
  • No caster bashing.
  • Excessive tournament bashing that detracts from game discussion will be met with moderator action. Criticism is welcome, whining is not.
  • In general do your best to stay on topic and discuss what we're all here for: the games.
Enjoy the games guys.

LOL that's karma right there. If anyone remembers TSL3, that's how Hasuobs got his easywin against HuK (sneaky pylon). I bet he felt he won 100% until Huk showed him how different he is compared to 1 year ago.

God please... it was stupid of Hasu to go far out, but if he didn't he could have probably held HuKs aggression and win easily. Do not hype stuff that doesn't need to be hyped.

Something feels different..

It's a weekday, early afternoon. There will be more people this weekend. Not a fair comparison.

Still kinda embarassing though :/

yeah it's still bad though... MLG starts on friday too and I've never seen a dead MLG.

Because MLG usually starts at 5pm when most people are off work and out of class/school.

People in college are also getting ready for finals soon, too. It's the last couple weeks of class at most schools.

MLG starts at 5:30pm EST for me on Friday.

It's 6pm EST Friday, and NASL crowd still looks fairly dead.

MLG starts at 5pm local time. Just so happened that most of their tournaments were in EST timezone

Oh whats that the 4 gate lost? Oh would you look at that.

It's irrelevent the number of games, Hasu was out of position and his gates were late because he was improvising his build on the fly. He prolly would have won if he hadn't been out on the map for so long.

Last game had a sick timing by Huk, really exciting... also I saw the pictures of the crowd on DH day 1. They were better than NASL's but not much...

MLG took place in a location where EST is used, this NASL is taking place where PST is used.

Yeah completely forgot about PST time. My bad NASL, will check back again at 5pm PST for the crowd size.

show me the crowd pic of DH on day 1. It was just as pathetic.

So this hall is going to get bigger ? more seats at day 2/3 ? Just wondering because i believe all is played at the same place unlike Dreamhack.

Or he let up because he had a pylon in his opponents base, Prolly was thinking along the lines of "I got this"

if you have a pylon in your opponent's base all you need to do is hold the ramp, it was very sloppy tbh

It's only 3 in CA. Everyone is at or just leaving school/work.

The last few MLGs have been on the east coast so 6pm EDT/EST is easy for people to get off work. NASL is held in Cali so it's only ~3pm over there right now.

huk got lucky wins, because of some mistakes by hasu, hasu should defend more, huk plays to cutesy to win lategame against hasu, so would hope hasu would go for more lategame stuff. And not let his stalkers get baited, otherwise huk would have lost on shattered XD.

if Hasu won last game "hasu just got a lucky build order win"
when HuK won last game "HuK just got a lucky build order win"

why can't we admit PvP takes at least some skill?
