Zvp is DRGs worst match up, shakuras is P favored zvp and naniwa is damn good pvz. I'd imagine that DRG just felt like he had a better chance of winning with cheese than in a macro game. I think DRG practices vs naniwa as they are both in the same team and same house in korea.

wait, what happened to no caster/player/whatever complaining/bashing? mods! get in here!

granted, tastosis's bias is blatant but if you don't want to listen to the casters... you can mute the stream and it's remedied.

Just because you mute the stream doesn't mean it isn't getting said. I'm less concerned about what I feel about the casting and more concerned about how Naama's reputation will be severely damaged because 10,000 people just heard Tastosis bash Naama for unorthodox play.

Get over it please. His play IS unorthodox and cheesy. We already knew that way before the series with whitera or tastosis saying it.

It's not cheesy. The fact that you think it is just makes me feel sorry for you, and proves my point that Tastosis bashing is harmful. Because we get people who turn into parrots. Sorry for you. ~.~

Sorry i dont even like tastosis, and you failed at reading the second part of my post obviously. You also seem to be one of those guys that consider "unorthodox play" as an insult rather than a description, which makes me even more sorry for you

But it isn't cheesy. Thanks for agreeing with me. I like unorthodox play - but not cheesy play. So when you say Naama's play was cheesy and unorthodox I'll take offense. Sorry to ruin your dream ~.~

Why dont you like cheesy play? It keeps the game interesting and delivers some early game action.

this is true. puma is literally the only terran who can make late game bio viable in tvp. his control is absolutely ridiculous.

There are a LOT more people here at DreamHack today - it's totally packed in the player area and pretty much everywhere.

Seems like a lot of eSport fans that couldn't get here last two days have arrived to DreamHack.

I think the battle was so one-sides because genius went up to the watchtower, and the small entry clumped his army so emp's were really effective.

thank you dear god for Puma showing the annoying terran whiners crawling out of their holes during the last couple weeks how it's done - very solid, clean play, just outplaying genius on every possible level

IdrA timing would have been closer to when Nani's probe scouted the lack of expo ^^. DRG's gg timing was perfect, he had no chance at that point.

He got hit by emps all over. I am sure some terrans will point out every little thing Genius did wrong. ^.^

His Templar didn't get hit by EMPs tho. He engaged in a bad spot, but you can't dodge emps.

well he know naniwa is bad with losses so he took the risk. Wonder if we would have seen 3 canons with the probe being killed. I think though he has the confidence to win 2 games now after showing naniwa he will play cheesy (or he really thinks he has no chance).
But i like the idea, playing greedy so people try to punish you early where forcefields are so superior and unit micro is your forte, while most are not so good at it.

Or a protoss could.

He engaged in a choke with his zealots in the back, letting PuMa get a wonderful arc of units without even trying, and had all his HTs in his prism meaning no way to feedback ghosts before they hit EMPs all over his army.

By the time his zealots got to the front, there were no more units remaining and they died in seconds. Basically, all the damage PuMa took were from 2 storms and a couple of stalker shots.

Anyone here know why Puma doesn't compete in the Code A qualifiers? Been curious for a long time.
