Please stop the tournament comparison discussion. Especially regarding players their runs (Stephano seems to be the current topic). Stay on topic and stick to the games. Consequences will be met out to further derailment. In addition leave the usual out of this topic: -Balance complaints -Map complaints -Stream complaints -Caster/player bashing -Off topic discussions Logically continue this list with things that are obviously frowned upon. Enjoy the free and wonderful event with loads of games and coverage!

On a serious note, random brackets ended up with several good matches starting immediately. While it would be nice to have the 'bigger' matches happen later on in the tourney, it makes for better earlier rounds the way it turned out, imo.

Take for example MLG Providence: all the open bracket players that advanced to the championship bracket were Terran and Zerg except for one Protoss (HerO). The only reason no Terrans made it to the Finals was simply because Leenock is so goddamn fucking good (and Mvp was exhausted. I'm a fanboy, fuck you).

It's just (as everyone knows), Europe's best players are protosses and well, there's a lot of them. Otherwise, everyone expected to advance has advanced (Koreans etc). Only real surprise are Thorzain and Stephano (maybe also Idra, but with the group he got....yeah)
