They didnt plan on the tournament being this format when they scheduled the blizzard cup. sorry GSL can't bend space and time to allow for bo3. calm down. the BEST tournament isn't magic. it still has the BEST players and will be adjusted to best of 3 next year. can you live with 1 GSL being bo1 group stages? just 1 more? Gimmicky styles exist in Bo3s (even Bo5s - see Inca vs Nada). In the dual tournament you have the benefit of watching the player play against his opponent in the first round, and if he cheeses, there's no excuse for you to not expect a cheese in Game 2. I don't buy into the playing with one player once will give you a chance to adapt to an opponent's style, especially with the players as good and versatile as they are these days. | ||
