 SsQ at 8 in the blue trunks, and Flo in red at 2. both players with mirrored standard openings, flo maybe 2 seconds ahead. flo going for stim and a cc with an additoinal barracks, while ssq techs up to starport likely behind reactored hellions. flo's reaper goes right into the main of ssq, and the hellion tries to head it off but is unable to keep it from scouting the starport. flo already was going up to 3 barracks so she's in good shape for anny banshee shenanigans, but the bunker she's building at her nat probably won't be in time for hellions - scratch that, the hellions are waiting for a marine force and the bunker will get up in time. ssq also has a medivac, and as the hellions run around below the base, ssq drops the main weth 7 marines | ||

Honestly.. have you ever seen an expand to the gold on antigua in ANY matchup in any pro game or ladder game above gold/diamond? Second expand maybe, but she was talking about the choice between your natural and the gold. | ||

I really tried to give this tournament a chance, but all this overly "feminine" presentation (pink mouse, why?) really rains on my parade and makes me think that the people who predicted this would be more of a publicity stunt than a sincere attempt to integrate women into the gaming scene were right. Gonna watch Battle in Berlin now. | ||

I don't know what she meant but what you wrote means your third base and second natural is obv the closest third base and there has been plenty of GSL games where people take gold as their third base and even games where people take gold first. | ||

 DaSakura in blue at 5, Aphrodite in red at 11 on antiga. both players with standard openings yet again.aphrodite adds her factory, and then a starport. dasakura with 1 spine for defense as well as a couple lingsand starting speed as she drones up. aphrodite sends 4 marines out with a hellion, but dasakuras 1st spine is complete and has a 2nd on the way. combined with the queen and 6 or 7 lings, she defends the attack without losing the lqueen in red health. aphrodite drops a cc in her main and starts producing banshees, while dasakura goes to lair, adds a pair of evo chambers, and drones hard still on only 1 gas. aphrodite also puts on blue flame and another factory and her first ebay. | ||
