And yet still theirs tourneys are arguably more fun to watch then men. Starcraft 2 is mostly cerebral so there is nothing preventing women from playing at the level of other top players. When watching pixels being pushed around, nothing differentiates them from other players except their gender. To have separate benchmarks for men & women makes me uncomfortable.

I think this topic has been discussed enough on this site already, just enjoy the tournament.

I guess we don't need to talk about the stream quality anymore. If I was a sponsor I'd be pretty upset how choppy the games are though.

Women dont fare too well in chess too. We wont get a female pro-gamer any time soon. Maybe when some serious human-enhancement project is employed. Nevertheless i enjoy the tournament so far and i have nothing to complain.

Women don't fare well against men in ANY game, competition, sport (no hate, just fact) whatever so i don't personally understand why sc2 should be any different.

I am just picturing Tastosis casting this tournament. I would pay to see that. Artosis would blow a gasket by set three.

Without getting too much into this, women can play at the top level in chess (Judit Polgar).

Don't they partner with own3D?

Add another showmatch where all six girls fight Nestea at the same time, just to hear Artosis go crazy. But seriously, stream issues aside, enjoying the games so far :-)

If they tried to do it like any other tournament evveryone would complain about anything but with all these giggling and pink, and the commentators not being too serious, gives the whole thing a fun atmosphere.
