lol @ the Losira pic. People just won't let that one go :p
Why the bad one of MC though?
Anyway,
Group A:
Going to just say it, I don't think Yugioh has a chance...at all. This is like three lions and a lamb. I'm hoping Yugioh at least pulls a Lucky and upsets MMA since he was such a dick to him in the group selections.
MC has been pulling out of his nosedive and the slayers terrans don't have the best record against toss so I think he'll have that base covered. Yugioh is best in zvp, MC not so much in pvz.....MC will still win xD.
Ryung vs MMA would be cool if it happens. Dunno who wins here. Ryung supposedly has exceptional tvt, but MMA has the better results.
Group B:
Nestea gonna stomp some terran ass and possibly fit in another lecture on zvz for Losira. 2-0. Next.
I hope Losira was serious when he said he improved in zvt. His gsl runs keep getting cut short lately ;-;. Seems like Dongraegu is starting to overshadow poor Losira as zerg #2. Past results lead me to believe he isn't going to make it though D;
asd is good, but not outstanding. sC has been doing good lately despite the pneumothorax, ran right through his up/down group. Gonna go with sC advancing in 2nd place.

That IS how it works.
edit: i mean, that's only his prediction.

Pleeeeease MC and MMA move on!!! *-*
|
Really hoping for MC to not disappoint!
Second group will be Nestea and one of the terran advanging.. Losira just can't beat proxy raxes.
|
Hopefully Yugioh will have some trap cards prepared for MMA for being a dick during the group selections. =/

I think it's more saying "That's not it all works." In a way, it's only half a prediction, though I think I'm in agreeance...except asd might be the biggest wildcard here. He's actually so hard to accurately gauge.
MMA > Yugioh MC > Ryung MMA > MC Ryung > Yugioh MC > Ryung
Nestea > sC Losira > asd Nestea > Losira sC > asd sC > Losira
But as I said, I feel like the biggest wildcards tonight are: - MC: in the sense of a "reverse-wildcard". Whether he comes out stomping or protoss tears ensue... - asd: in the sense that despite watching a lot of his games, I can't really figure out his true strength. Sometime ago he was referred to as the best terran on FoU, but then had disappointing GSTL follow ups. He can pull upsets, or lose to nobodies.
Honestly, don't mark me as surprised if asd takes second in the group, or MC comes last. I think the only real surprises will be if MMA or Nestea don't advance, everything else is up for play.

I have the great kickass privilege of watching this live and in person at Mokdong tonight... Couldn't have picked a better day to make myself present (-:

Day of all days! Give me resolve!

I actually want yu gi oh to take first in this group so he can just say "fuck you" to everyone one that doubted him. Other than that MMA/ Ryung Hwaiting!!

Such a travesty... There's a reason Code S is all Terran, and Bo1 round of 32 is probably the biggest one. I mean there's a reason Code A qualifiers and Code A itself haven't had nearly as many terrans.

They said theses will all be bo3s with the new format? so basically we can have 10 bo3s tonight, Correct?
|
No. Group stage is still Bo1, this has not changed.
|
Disappointed these are still bo1s. Would hate to see someone really good go all the way to code b by losing 4 games.
|
I hope Yugioh dominates his group lol. Poor guy, all the flak he had to take during the group selection haha.
|
Huh, I'm confused since I didn't watch the group selections, but what did MMA do to Yu-Gi-Oh?
Though, the fact that he picked a teammate is quite a dick move alone in of itself.
Though considering the fact that YuGiOh went through the hard road constantly of trying to get through the Code A qualifiers non-stop which MMA was never capable of doing, he deserves some credit for.

woooo! Finally, the new GSL.! MC, NesTea and Losira Fighting!!!
