I disagree, I feel as though Curious is more solid right across the board as shown by his insane code A run, never in a million years could I see July ripping through a bracket like that.

I always believed since seeing him playing online that he had potential to become a great player and even do well in GSL when he would get the chance to. His Code A run is proof that he has improved. Several players from these ESV Weekly tournaments have come a long way and I hope to see more of them in the GSL.

I was just citing what ST said, probably should've made that clear.
Overall, I think Curious is much, much stronger across the board. July right now isn't looking like he's in good shape, but when he's on fire, I'd probably take his ZvT over Curious's. But I'd definitely go for Curious's ZvP and ZvZ over July's.

I'd personally love to see the return of Squirtle to Code A. I still remember the insane game he showed against IM_MVP. That has got to be one of the best games ever in SC2.

I think we should all take a look at Curious' TLPD and sit and marvel in silence for a few moments.

He has gone 23-1 in his last 24 games. This includes a perfect run through Code A and an all-kill in the GSTL. Considering the quality of opposition, it might be even more impressive than TaeJa's 19 wins in Bo3+.
I can't really judge how Curious ranks in relation to July though. I feel like Curious is the more solid player and would/has performed better in custom games/ladder/house rankings. But with July's massive experience, unpredictable playstyle and ability to exploit his opponent's weaknesses, I'll still say that July would be my pick to win a major tournament before Curious does.

I guess I'm a bit biased as a toss player but I don't mind. PvP is such a new world right now, with tons of new openings and such being made every day. I feel like it's the most unexplored match up right now as it was held hostage at gunpoint for 4 Gate for over a year.

Until we can have regular games where people can put and defend expands without too much trouble, it will stay a broken matchup. Inori at IPL woke a small flame of hope but Tassadar and Squirtle are much more cheesy than him :/
