I'm glad most of that is gone from TL with all the 12-14 year olds that went to bed. Why can't people just appreciate the play they get to see in front of them rather then cry about not seeing two other players play, which they will indubitably see soon enough.

So the GSL players flew here to play the finals at Blizzcon?

I will field this one. All of the players at this tournament are in a lot of tournaments with the exception of a few no name players no one really cares about. Mvp and nestea have long proven track records and hardly ever show up in any foreign tournaments so naturally everyone wants to see how they do. So people are mad when the 2 best or most hyped players that we rarely see do not show up at all in any streamed games. That is why I think its stupid but as always people will argue everything like elvis is still alive and this or that.

Not surprising. Blizzard isn't an event-holding organization. If their event kind of sucks, it doesn't matter, they don't need you to tune in again. By next blizzcon everyone will have forgotten, for the most part, how bad it was due to a couple good games by MVP/Nestea, and the GSL Finals right after it.
hahaha, so true. Last Blizzcon was similar to this, last matches rolled around. people were happy and forgot all about it.

The only way a 2 base muta rush works is 1. when your opponent is playing defensively 2. you know the game is going to be dragged out 3. you're using the muta's map control as a stepping stone to something else Not really the case, ling bling destroys hydras really fast and attacking cross-map into spine crawlers is difficult for zerg. It is a flimsy style, but ive seen it work with suprising frequency
Well the only counter to muta play is to go pure hydra so I can see...
no.

1. Because those were the games we were expecting to see. 2. Those are the players who generate the most excitement. 3. They are in the WINNER's Bracket and normally the winners are shown priority.

Cost for cost, hydras are far more vunerable to banelings than marines are.
They do horribly vs speedlings too, which happen to have around double their movement speed.
I dont want to argue about ZvZ styles, but i know for a fact a lot of GM zergs have been using mutas recently with some success, IdrA included on his stream

MMA might have a chance. MVP has played three series and had to play in this shitty schedule all day.
