It's not koreans. It's non-invited players. This means Inori and TheSTC can get a Code A seed.

Sure? The MLG Rules say its non-koreans.

I'm pretty sure it's non-invitees, but I'm probably wrong.

"Code S status will be awarded to the highest placing player, regardless of country of origin, who doesn't already have Code S status.

Code A status will be awarded to the next 3 highest placing non-Korean players.

If Code S status is awarded to a Korean player, Code A status also will be awarded to the 4th highest placing non-Korean player."

Is how it works now, was just diffrent at Colombus

Anyone associated with a korean team can not get code S. For example, select is korean, but he plays for dignitas, which is a foreigner team, so he got code A seed. If fenix was playing(he's on IM) he wouldn't be able to get code A.

Edit: Reading the post below mine left me unsure if I'm right or not. It was like that last MLG IIRC.

This is untrue. Non-invited Koreans cannot get the code A spot, even if they are in foreign teams.
Look at HerO and PuMa from the previous MLG.

HA! Yes, it automatically decided to show me the full recording. That's odd, it didn't happen yesterday.

Edit: this time it's true. TLO vs Polt will be coming up on white.

I wonder what they'd do if SelecT placed high enough to get one of the spots (yes I know he isn't even playing this weekend, just curious).

If anyone doubts TheStC's macro ability, watch the last match casted on Beta1 last night, TheStC vs Ret lol

I don't think anyone does, STC is a beast, his macro is MvP-level. Unfortunately, I want both him and Stephano to get a code S spot, which can't happen :/
