There is absolutely no right answer to this in the foreign scene. There is no one with a total package game right now. The three closest answers are Dimaga, Idra, and Sen. Stephano has been showing results, but he certainly has big holes in his total game. Fortunately for him so far, the things he is doing good is making up for the things he doesn't have down perfect. If you can't tell, his big weakness are his late game mechanics. His strong points are his decision making/early mid game and decent micro. It's all subjective. My top 3 would prolly be Thorzain, Idra, DIMAGA/Sen/Stephano Thorzain is in your top 3 for foreign zergs? >.< He is just that good =P Thorzain said stephano was the best foreigner zerg 
and MKP has said Sase is the best foreigner. Its all subjective based on what someones idea of best is since there really isnt anyone outside of MVP who has the total package (micro/macro/ game sense/multitasking). Stephano has great game sense as does dimaga and nericho which is why they are so good at ZvZ. Idra has probably the best micro and macro of the foreigner zergs but he doenst have the game sense that they do which leads him to losing games he shouldnt. We dont really have a code S foreign terran (maybe thorzain soon) and Huks weakness is also his game sense but in the sense that he cant really tell when he should stop attacking and fall back.

High yields nets you same income with fewer probes. It only nets more income for Terrans. I don't get why people think it magically makes you get more income ;(.

I'm noticing a lot of wins granted to players in the open bracket by "DQ". What would be the cause for so many disqualifications? not showing up to play the games?

You're right on some things, but the fact that you list DIMAGA as having the total package, while dismissing Stephano's micro makes me think you know much less about these players than you're pretending to. DIMAGA's unit control, especially with a large army is appallingly bad, it's far and away his biggest weakness. Stephano's micro is actually quite good. Best three foreign zergs are Stephano, Nerchio, and Ret in some order, and then IdrA, Sen, Sheth, and DIMAGA are right behind, and IdrA may yet have recovered enough to be counted among the top three. But I think the top three is pretty hard to dispute if you watch the individual play.
haha, how many times have u seen nerchio win against a good player, one that is considered top?
at theyre best, idra or stephano is 1st and 2nd, sen or ret is 3rd.

Game 1 was insane. Hwangsin did 1 base colossus, destroyed marinekings army. Had 2 colo, 6 stalkers, 2 zealots, 2 sentries in the production line, whilst MKP only had 4 marauders, 2 marines and scvs. MKP won anyway.
