He 1-1-1's the first game then Cloak 1-1-1's on the map that is the most favored for regular 1-1-1, i.e Dual sight and Xel'Naga If you think the 1-1-1 on Shakuras was bullshit then imagine it on Xel'Naga, how do you even stop that? Sase took a risk here, it didn't work.

Are people actually comparing DT with clack Banshees? LMAO

All the wrong responses to 1-1-1 ;( I'm hoping that SaSe just didn't want to reveal his all smash vs 1-1-1 until the champ bracket He would have been in a better position winning his group than saving builds for the bracket.

Lost to Coca and Nada at MLG, then to MVP and Coca at the MLG Invitational, to MMA at IPL3, and even to Idra at IEM Guangzhou. If you put him in Code S right now, he'd go 1-2 in his group or fall to the Up/Down matches. "best terran in korea" my ass. As if losing to MVP, Nada or MMA, three of the ultra top terrans means your TvP sucks when you actually didn't list a single protoss.

They act as if 1 immortal range is going to help, the problem is there are so many marines and its near impossible to get enough splash damage out to deal with them when tanks/banshee kill all gateway units and if you rush to colluses you have no gas for stalkers so the banshees rip them apart. don't know what the proper response is if you put down a nexus.

Sase had no way of knowing in either game, and getting an Observer is a surprisingly big investment in a tight situation like that. This all comes back to that whole scouting a Terran issue. Yeah okay, but after he comes in your base and CLOAKS and still build no observer that isn't Pumas fault.. And I hope the next time you ladder every terran 1-1-1's you just cause you're such a crybaby User was banned for this post.

However : Teching to collossi when you've already seen a 1-1-1 coming and you are on 2base is not a risk. Not making an observer after seeing a cloak banshee is not a risk. It's what would have happened if you didn't scout them and decided to risk, and had the bad luck. In this case, it was just abysmal decision making.

SaSe built a robo ENTIRELY for obsevers at that point... but he warped in 1 stalker too many and didnt have the gas at the right timing... a slight macro mistake that cost him the whole game

He just used all his warpgate cooldowns, he then has to run all his probes around until he has the observer out and enough Stalkers to defend just after investing in an expansion...There is almost a garunteed loss of around 5+ Probes and a ton of lost mining time. Even with the observer the game was already over, Sase couldn't break up Puma's ramp nor defend the banshee
