They should apologize to DRG for messing up and having him play the wrong opponent, not cancel the result of a game already played

Sucks for TT1, but I am sure he is there to win the tournament. If he is going to win he had to play a Korean at some point.

Honestly, they played the game out already. Seeding error, sure, that sucks. But man up and accept YOUR error. Don't fuck the players over for it.
