That is how it worked. All match-ups are a 1 vs 2, it's just that the pools they came from are randomized.

Apparently MVP gets hate in the Korean scene for his game against Creator. In general most Koreans seem to be very mannered.

I missed that game. What did he do?

That's what happened. Look at the group results.

TOP (1) vs DRG (2)
SangHo (1) vs FD (2)
Gatored (1) vs TT1 (2)
Elfi (1) vs Killer (2)

Guess three times
Three good guesses would be:

yes, but that's presumably wrong since Mana did in fact take a map off TOP.

ed: yup, poke took a map off TT1, not off Mana/TOP

Yes, but they were wrong, they said, MaNa lost 2-0 to TOP, which was not the case.

It's a bold man who picks SangHo to win a PvP XD
(though I'd love it he was able to win)

He'll get to study Elfi's PvP and hopefully counter it

DRG > Elfi

I think that seems pretty reasonable

they said top lost 2 maps, and one of those was mana, and the other pokebunny(it really was tt1).

So, i'm curious since this always happens in every tournament:

If the standard accepted level of skill is often ranked as KR>EU>NA region wise, and the moment any KR falls to a foreigner the claims are "WERE CATCHING UP TO KOREANS".

proceeding the group stages of today's matches...

is it now KR > NA > EU? I mean look at the standings! the AM players got more seeds into the championship bracket than EU! conclusive no?

+ Show Spoiler +
this is just to poke fun mostly at people who jump to quick conclusions about "skill gaps closing" post people do. I'm actually very happy to see NA players doing better, but i still think KR has this tournament ezpz
I now have autographs of both BoxeR and NaDa. I can die happy. Lim Yo Hwan and Lee Yun Yeol FIGHTING forever!

well it wasn't completely random ... they paired groups, not exact players
