I think stephano's normal ZvT style might be beatable with mech, personally it's what I'd try if I knew he was doing ling infestor.

This was mainly about execution, not about strategy.
In theory TheStC did play it correctly (maybe ghosts, yes) but Stephano did just outplay him by defending the drops well enough and constantly harassing the gold. Really impressive.

Ghosts with Marauders and Marines, build tanks once Ultras are cleared.
Use ghosts to EMP/Snipe infestors, and Snipe Ultras.
