Both games the build was entirely built around surprising the opponent with a bunch of void rays, despite opening FFE which makes it very easy to scout your base with overlords etc. Stephano responded appropriately and Kiwikaki just died. He also did the same zealot pressure 3 games in a row, twice it worked but game 3 Stephano knew it was coming and stomped it, and that put Kiwikaki behind where he was in game 1 when he still lost with that same build. Game 2 was pretty good, although I think the mass recall shenanigans was overdone and cost him more than it was worth a couple times. | ||

It's not like you don't already lose all your mutas to 3+ thors, you should be used to losing to splash damage. edit; especially given how much gas it costs to make this work. Stephano lost game 2 because he did not 1a at Kiwi's main, ever. He could have nydus'ed him, dropped him, or done anything aggressive and won. He didn't. Great game. | ||
