Just because a unit is "tanky" doesn't mean storms magically do less damage to them.
The reasons why those ghosts had 30% health after the storm is because of the medivacs.

30% of 100 is 30 (duh).
Storms do 85 damage if you eat 'an entire storm'.
85 is not 30.
The ghosts dodged the storm.
It's really not fucking hard to figure out...
EDIT: And I saw that storm, the ghosts were away from the medivacs. They got healed afterwards sure but whine about medivacs then if you have to not ghosts magically taking less damage from storms.

That turned out pretty ok considering how horribly out of position he ended up. This strat is super annoying to play vs anyway, you scout 3 fast colossus and make mass vikigns only to find out they are mstly hallucinated.
