Keep enjoying the games. In advance, if you OP whine, see you in a while. If you post well, hopefully see a lot more of you :D <3 |

I mean how did he even find supernovas twitter quote? Did he scour the korean twitter world looking for tweets that he can use as evidence? Did he manually translate every korean tweet within the past 2 hours?
What a sad kid. Agreed. he's a troll but saying things like that could seriously ruin peoples reputation. Imagine someone said they did match fix and a bunch of people believed them.

When puma was moving out Hasu was still 80+ seconds from colli. He canceled the bay because you cant delay for that long vs 1-1-1, and 1 colli vs tanks raven banshee isn't enough anyways. 1-1-1 is just so silly :-(

Definitely not what cost him the game Collosi crush 1/1/1 pretty hard. I think that could've swung it in his favor especially if he didn't spend so much on useless tech.

Yeah but he did delay the push long enough for collosi to come out, he just cancelled it in a panic and made tech that takes even longer. 1/1/1 might be imbalanced but it's not unstoppable

Look at the Grandma w/ a kid in the crowd! so cute.

What the hell? I cannot believe those results... :o

Congrats puma. I can't wait until some protoss player figures out how to dodge EMP because terran players keep suggesting this is what you have to do, although I'm a tad confused how you dodge a spell that hits so fast and does instant damage.

That would make sense if you hadnt spotted the fact that he was going HT which I guess had to be for feedback because Storm wasnt going to be close to done in time. The collosus probably would have made it out honestly as long as he delayed that but he couldnt know that.

Hasu did a really good job delaying the push, but I feel like he didn't have an actual plan to stop it except getting a lot of stuff. That mistake with his observer gave him the rest.
What he should have done, as many people have been saying, is to rush colossi. 1-2 Colossi combined with some decent delaying could do the trick against 1/1/1 imho. Still a damn tough build to deal with though...

Wait..didn't bomber beat MVP 2-0 in that invitational?...or am i remembering it wrong?
Edit: Nvm, i misunderstood the quote.

Shrug - seems weird to 3-0 there buy w/e. If idra looks sloppy in the finals it will make people a lot more suspicious; puma is actually a very strong player and I actually can't even recall last time he got 3-0'd...
He got 2-0d twice out of mlg invitational. Hes good but I don't think anyone could argue he's the best at this point. Not playing in a korean pro house anymore probably catching up to him a bit lately. If Idra was protoss, and puma did no 1-1-1s, I might be a bit more suspicious lol. Idra just played well and I don't think anyone could "throw" games and make it look like that 2nd game, he musta killed 10 hatcheries and 100+ drones for petes sake Idra was a hairs breath from losing.

i could write a lot now. to cut the long story short:
there is no solution. sad but true.
there have been tons of world class progames, where a protoss lost a 50 supply lead, ahead in expansions a whatever, due to 1- 2 emps.
these "make colossi" or "take your f. HTs in side a f. prism"... suggestions from terran sides are useless.

If hasu had kept the robo support bay instead of going for gates could he have had a colossus in time for that final battle? Either way he kinda deserved that loss for having the observer not with his army. I was hoping he'd hold the push off, win and take it to a 5th game but such is life.
Third is a good finish for Puma as well, he continued to impress and I think with more time he'll mature into a true star one day.

To be fair he played MVP who has like top 2 tvt in the world lol (I say top 2 because I know bomber's is good unless i'm mistaken). Puma's good but he's not MVP good. Coca's also really good as well its not like he lost to mediocre players.

Game 1 and 2 were long macro games. On shattered temple he used nydus and ultras to overwhelm puma while he turtled with mass ghost.
Game 2 on Tal'darim was very close and back and forth. 43 mins in Puma finally had his army cleaned up after killing at least 8 hatches during the game with drops in the late game. Idra had one hero infestor above the cliff at pumas fourth that had 31 kills from fungal.
Game 3 puma missmicrod while defending his third from a push and lost 50 marines to 2 banelings. He was then too far behind to come back.

15 Minute game and Hasu didn't have templar or collossus -_-
to all the people who complain about balance, he build a robo bay, then canceled it like 10 seconds before it finished. then tech switched into twilight+high templar. hasuobs was completely indecisive, you can get out 2 collossus in time to defend against a 1/1/1 at around the 10min mark, this was 14 mins and he didn't have a single collossus, he could have easily held this with like 4-5 collossi and it IS possible.
stop whining, protoss players are so obnoxious sometimes
