that was a pretty good game
a few points:
- making that gold an orbital was a huge mistake, gumiho was heavily punished for that
- gumiho mis-controlled his army for like, one second towards the end and his tanks died to mutas that swung in from behind, which allowed his banelings to actually do stuff (a lot of you think it's the marine splits that saved him from the banelings, while that might be partially true, the tanks are always the most important tool for beating banelings)
- this map promotes base trades so much since there's two huuuge paths and the most effective zerg harassment is counter-attacking
i liked the game for the most part though

I'm not quite sure why everyone thought that was such a good game. That was a sloppy game from both sides.
Curious had a huge lead and threw it away by going for the base race when he had enough to kill the Terran push when it moved onto the creep.
Gumiho should've won after he got that army out of the main but he didn't combine it with his reinforcements from his main, or attempt to get up a third.

That game was off the chain.
I think Curious won it at the start with the first push dying just before mutas came out. He was given a big window in which to drone like mad. Harassment wasn't necessary, but he did a good job, and then he rode out an insurmountable harvester count. His pushbreaking was confusing at times, but proved effective enough.

From those battles it looked like gumiho had a huge upgrade lead, so that the banes just disappear before they get in range but I don't actually know what the upgrades were so maybe not.
as soon as the game gets tense like that i think zerg should be burrowing everywhere. Banes sure, but also block expos with burrowed lings so he can't just float to the gold. Terran can only stay in the game because of mules, so if you can force scans it is a huge deal.

Gold on that map is actually pretty good design. Very vulnerable harass point.
