I say that there's a big possibility that Dimaga heard the casters in the early game announcing Select's Lift Off.

Game 5

(T)SeleCT vs (Z)DIMAGA

Map Antiga Shipyard

(T)SeleCT starts in upper left position.

(Z)DIMAGA starts in lower right position.

Why did Select throw a game like that .. ? Oh well, I'm rooting for Dimaga anyway :D

seriously, seems like such a waste of a game.. wats that b.o supposed to accomplish if it cant even break the most standard zerg fe b.o? usually when u do stuff like this its supposed to hard counter certain b.os but i cant think of anything that it would hard counter, unless the z messes up ofc

its retardly strong if scouted late

Well wasnt it countered hard cause Dimaga got really lucky with the scout overlord (thats not normal path for it right?) Which made him throw up a VERY early baneling nest.

I dunno.. the crowd seems hella bored. Like, not a single clap or cheer has been heard this entire series. And it's not like they're being sounded out, either. That and the fact that players seem to be a stone throw away from the casters makes me think they really skimped on production, or at least it appears that way.

You're not listening hard enough. I've heard clapping a few times when dimaga held off an attack.

I love how zerg players make broodlords against ghosts, lol. When will they learn. Just 200/200 speedling/baneling attack/drop everything.

Yeah that would work if the terran didnt have tanks..

i didn't know that tanks were really mobile, good in small numbers and could shoot air

the point is, when there is a high amount of tanks you don't attack on the ground through the middle, and when there is a high amount of ghosts you don't use high tech units (which is kinda stupid), but there is still ways to play better than dimaga did here strategy wise

remember a few months ago when no zerg could beat the deathball? zerg has so much potential

uh yeah they buffed infestors lol...
ghosts hard counter infestors...

no, there are always ways, morrow doesn't even use a lot of infestors vs p and has one of the sickest ZvP's in the world (ling/bling fast +1 and 2 into bling drops) and darkforce was very strong vs P months ago with his ling/muta basetrade style

look I don't want to start a pointless fight but you're "example" is terrible as both Morrow and darkforce has said in TL ZvP was imba 6 months ago and both have improved that matchup significantly, the infestor buff was key to give zerg players that confidence they needed. Of course you can with without infestors :S
