I think it really does. You can't call every build that uses infestors and lings a destiny build. In Starcraft the tiniest tweaks can make huge differences.

The build is completely different to the standard infestor ling style in that instead of investing in melee attack for lings and transitioning into ultras, you get range attack to transition straight into roach.
