Well you're going to be using all your gas on upgrades/Collosi/H.T... and it's just a mineral dump.
Stalkers are good for blink harass like Huk to force stims and maybe pick off a maruader or so.. but they do like 0 damage to bio ball when it's being healed with medivacs lol. Way better off using that gas on things that do AoE damage.
But yeah, Protoss is in a bit of a bind
