Thorzain Hwaiting!!
Amazing games throughout the ENTIRE tournament.
I seriously thought Thorzain was going to take it. DRG's relieved look on his face at the end tells it all - Korean pride was on the line and the entire Kr netizen community was about to slam him if he lost that series. Well done to all the players, I hope Hero keeps on improving. He is showing everyone that the skill-ceiling for Protoss is No-way-near-reached.

I am so happy for DongRaeGu and also I am sooo impressed by Thorzain. He is the best foreigner by far and propably the only one in the top 50 players overall. So awesome, too bad he does not like Korea. Best TvP by far maybe I'd put SeleCT's TvP over Thorzain, but Thorzain has the best overall mechanics with Terran that I've seen from a foreigner. Your joking right? Thorzain does not have good mechanics. His macro is fine, but is marine/tank control is so bad, which is kinda why he slow pushes, because he doesn't have the apm to do a qiucker attack (every game he tried to do a tank marine push he failed cus he made so many wrong things, like not having spotters, and bad marine splitting). Major has much better mechanics than Thorzain.
Major? lol Why are you even bringing him up in this context

I heard someone say that TLO made an appearance live from a barcraft somewhere in Sweden. Must have missed it - does anyone know when it was, like in between which games?

Because major is really fucking good?^^

True, he showed up in a bar called The Crib i think. Pictures here by Rakaka

Im a fan of ThorZain but I must say that DRG lost his games on lack of expands and upgrades ( the latter atleast in the first game). Compare the series and DRG was much less 'expand aggressive'. Which resulted in his lack of tech switch able.
EDIT: BarCraft RETRO Stockholm was awesome! Looking forward to future BarCrafts. ! ;D

Because he really does.. just watch his stream and be surprised..

Mentioning Select/Major as if they are near the same league is, imo, redic. Looking past fanboyism results alone should make it clear Thorzain is way above :x
Also "On September 18 2011 01:54 TotalBiscuit wrote: Oh stop whining you lot. Bunch of sissies on this forum. The only drama is coming from you guys. Enjoy the tournament and stop acting like this is TMZ XD" imo

Sickest tourney to date ! I saw quite a few people that unfortunately seemed to miss out on the action @ BarCrafts, I've created a thread with the purpose of posting ALL the upcoming barcrafts event from a global perspective, so everyone can enjoy the SC2+beer+friends combo! ![](/mirror/smilies/smile.gif)

Well that's better than judging it on someone playing ladder games on a stream

jesus christ yes.
or to be fair to the man you were quoting, you judge if a player is good or not if he places high in tournaments and/or wins them. which Thorzain does. putting him down there with Princess is eligible for ridicule
