Nestea got to Blizzcon by getting 2nd in points

Winner of Blizzcon gets into the Global Invitational finals at MLG Providence. He just accidentally an extra requirement!

its funny cuz from all the mlg's destiny hasn't shown anything close enough to be an invited player to this. when are people going to stop giving him things he don't deserve.

Mvp vs. MMA for Korea Grand Finals!
They're destined to fight each other forever.

loses round 1 to idra
beats incontrol and tyler
loses to sheth
no offence to incontrol or tyler but destiny was vastly outplayed the moment he went up against a top tier american. taking a game off of sheth purely down to sheth being inexperienced vs mass infestor derping after the meta game changed for high level players. sheth still closing out the series and showing better macro and overall decisions throughout the games.
destiny was invited purely for his popularity. its sad that another terran wasnt invited / couldnt show.

Anyone else getting a stuttering effect from lag?
|
Running in 720+ fine here, altho Artosis has a tendency to go mr. robot but think thats an issue on their end.
EDIT: fml got the stuttering now - well it's not terrible just a slight annoyance I guess =)

Nestea can still decline the invite. It's not an actual requirement. I personally think he does so well because he does not have to play as often and maximizes his preparation time for just one tournament. That's why he was rarely used in the GSTL. I would be impressed and surprised if he shows up to an MLG and wins.

Is the extended series rule applied in this tournament as well?

MVP is the only terran who beats zergs by playing passive. Scary.
