Was sleeping and missed the All Star matches. I read John called something gay, can anyone please tell me what he was referring to? (Was it Kpop? Perhaps an actual Korean telling it like it is can teach all foreigner weeabos that Kpop is just that)

That's debatable. As soon as I saw Nestea took his gold, I wondered why Nestea wanted to do that in a showmatch. I mean it's a risky move, that will allow him to crush Huk if Huk doesn't react to it. So yeah, Huk killed him, but what if Huk didn't ? He would have been condemned to stay on 2 bases and just die horribly. Should Huk have played that like it's the last protoss campaign level and let Nestea win ? (because by not reacting, that's what would have happened)
Yeah, Huk could just have killed the gold and retreat so the show could go on, that's too bad imo. But Nestea made the first "I'm playing serious" move by taking his gold and basically forcing a serious game. I say that and perhaps Huk have planned his build and just didn't care, that's possible too knowing the character.

but before he did that huk also made a very risky move by nexus first (if i remembered correctly), so that's just an appropriate response so he does not fall too far behind to make it an entertaining game.

also, GOM needs to do a show with John... maybe a rom-com where he tries to date MKP's sister or something.
congrats to MVP.... think I said not so long ago he wasn't the top terran in Korea, guess he showed a lot of people wrong.

We don't know what Nestea planned on doing that game. He might've wanted the extra economy to power some weird, inefficient strategy.

Because we do not have the ability to comprehend such developed understanding of both players about the matchup (30 minutes into the game and they still have upgrades, expansions lining up right at the same time) so we rather talk about something simpler
