Yeah also just selecting a small samplesize is not very representative, considering that Nada ( I love Nada) has very decent v.P and has been playing one of his first foreign events, pls don't forget that he roflstomped amost everyone after his loss against kiwikaki in rayleigh.

And Chobo why don't you mention the matches against bomber, coca etc against Huk or naniwa ( our foreign protoss hopes) where they got completely destroyed.

I'm talking about PvT and Bomber didn't play a single Protoss in Raleigh... And Coca plays Zerg LOL

Protoss is the best performing race outside of Korea recently, while worst in Korea. It's really weird.

Protoss foreigners still get absolutely stomped when korean terrans come over and win everything (NASL IEM MLG) so it really doesn't say much.

Mana vs Nada
Elfi vs Nada
Kiwikaki vs Nada
Mana vs Puma

Sup son? P(foreigner)vT(korean) is probably the matchup which foreigners have the highest winrate in rate now. Maybe that's mostly Nada's fault tho ^^.

Haha even Mana said puma didnt give it his all that game, and let me ask you who ended up winning the tournament? Also 3 of your examples are NaDa who has extremely lackluster vP.

Still which Korean Protoss would you rate higher than Mana, Naniwa, Huk and Sase? The only two I can think of is MC and Genius and even those are questionable.

EDIT: Silly me, forgot JYP T__T

Forgot hero and sage and puzzle, up and coming, code A's for protoss, Code S's for terran

The series between mana and puma was also influenced by the fact the maps did not allow for 1/1/1 lets remember that.

But as far as I can tell, the discussion was about the general level of performance for foreign and korean protoss, forgive me if I'm wrong.

It is not nice that you call me an idiot. The other players have nothing to prove, we know they are top foreigners. Destiny has done nothing noteworthy beside an online Bo3 win against a good korean.

You also only need 3 lines to find excuses for three losses in a row, that is quite telling in my opinion.

Well, but he's right.
Maybe Destiny has not achieved that much noteworthy, but these days TLO isn't much better, so I guess it's pretty even. I think his main point was just, that all these players need to be respected as they play. And they do not attend these tournaments because they are doing some gold league stuff like most of us. So it's a little bit arrogant to call Destiny a low bird, while everyone else in this tourney is great.

Don't you also hate these people, who talk badly about a respected player of a soccer team, just because he missed that penalty? Calling a SC2 pro overrated in this kind of situation is nothing less.

SaSe said on his stream, that Sage is the best Protoss at the moment. So it's not only Artosis hype

So you're admitting that Mana > Puma if he can't 1/1/1 considering that almost no Protoss can hold that off...

Didn't he just get a defensive tank out early? Seen a couple of NA terrans do that at least.

Oh well, DDE just rolled Tyler there.
