Coca and Bomber are really good, but in their weakest matchups I think they're gonna get rocked.

The following is a list of behaviors that will get immediate bans: 1. Whining about stream 2. Bashing other games 3. Flaming other users 4. Bashing players 5. Complaining about imbalance Basically just be respectful. Aside from that, enjoy the games, make sure you bring an umbrella and have some delicious waffles! (#)

Hope tomorrow's games are better.

didn't feel new at all, doubt it really is viable, though it might be entertaining to watch sometimes

But Select has lost less games. So, he is ahead, not?

So far, 3 out of 3 (the 4th being TLO, yet to play vs DeMuslim) 6th place in pool beat their opponent coming from the open loser's bracket. Yes, maybe those players have had a lot of games to play but still, I think it proves that the system isn't as bad as some people portray it. They hvea played important games with 100% focus for 8 straight hours two days in a row, try it and see how well it goes, this proves even mroe how stupid the system is.

SC2 in played in matches. match record is what's most important. game record is only used as a tie breaker between players with identical match records. and head to head is mutch more important than game record which makes sense, p.s. actually game record is used only in case of 3 way tiebreakers and following who's where in a pool before everyon's played every match.

Edit: ok so while I was typing that Demuslim won game 1, but still :D You just described the exact reason why people think MLG's system sucks.

Seeing some crap players forever stuck in those pools. I think that the amount of games the players from the open bracket play adds a lot of drama. The point of having a large, live, tournament is to watch the players play a lot of games. GSL is the tourney to watch If you want to watch pre-prepared games of players in top condition. But that's also a reason why a lot of GSL games (including the finals) are so one sided. May the player with the best stamina and instinctual play win. My only issue with MLG's format is that the bottom players in the pool play should really drop further and more players should be allowed to come through the open bracket.
