MLG should do this too.

They play 2 bo3, but nani has to win both? Ret goes 2-0 it's over that is? As far as they've said, yes. Would be more exciting, imo, if it were Bo5s.
But unfair if Ret lost it 3-2

some players don't go with the flavour of the month classes/comps, high personal skill with a not-the-most-powerful-class/comp or better understanding of the teammates can overcome the difference with the most op comp, some players just prefer one class or style
in the past there were retardedly overpowered arena compositions, like sl/sl warlock with druid healer in season 3, or double adrenaline rush rogue+mage in season 2, or affli lock/ele shaman/resto druid at the end of wotlk, but many times the rank1 team wasn't playing with those classes. don't really know what's going on with wow pvp in the past 1 year or so, but i heard death knights are quite overpowered now, and lock+dk always had stupid amounts of tools and self healing, so if the teams are even skillwise that might give them the edge- especially if it's vs spellcleave because those rely on magic burst damage and guess what are dks the kings of (mitigating spell damage that is)
i was pretty bad with my rogue and even i managed to hit 2k rating with an overpowered build;) nearly impossible to balance that many classes and skills

Grow up kid. Thats so childish and bm. Its a joke, calm down It was neither funny nor smart. Also he seemed pretty calm. Still a joke, it was lighthearted, too bad he took it too seriously. I am here to enjoy the event People are so fast to call childish and BM on TL...it's a bit overdone
I disagree, upholding a bit of a social standard is totally appropriate in this case, IMO What if it was SC2 that was doing badly, would you appreciate the heckling.

The only thing I havn't heard on this stream now is Adele

I feel like having to cheer for Nani to win the first 3bo just to get more SC2 games, then go neutral the last game =)!

MLG should do this too. MLG do exactly this if 2 players never played before untill the grand final.

Too bad I didn't start LRing this sooner haha. Sorry guys that it's over.
Important things: Everyone has like 30+ abilities that they're using each game, not 1-3. So I'm simplifying, but most of the abilities are actually really similar.
Queen: Mostly transfuses. Occasionally she can do a big transfuse, but it costs more energy and has a cooldown. Her energy is the only one you have to worry about running out. Everyone else that was playing generally will have their energy last longer.
Infestor: Attacks with spells (like storm). Has a single-target fungal with no cooldown (that stops attacks) but can't be used more than a few times on any single target per minute. Has a cast time like Yamato Cannon which allows it to be avoided. Has a 250mm strike cannon (important for the stun, not the damage), usable once every few minutes.
High Templar: Attacks with spells like storm. Dies kind of fast. Also has a single target fungal-like ability to stop enemies from doing anything. Same limitations as the Infestor's version. Has a "cloak" that lasts 8 seconds and no one has detection, it's a "get out of jail free" card. Can only be used twice per game (mostly). Has a normal fungal that only stops movement, but doesn't always last long. Has a 250mm strike cannon (important for the stun, not the damage), usable once every few minutes.
Ultralisk: Massive damage if it gets into melee range. Can shoot Marauder's concussive shells (doesn't do good damage, but slows). Gets Frenzied (the Ultra ability that prevents stuns/slows) a few times per game, but it's not permanent.
----
Everyone has a 1 or 2 time use "get out of fungal/anything that stops me from doing stuff" card, and most have 1 or 2 "stop enemy from doing stuff" cards. So they all use those on each other, the goal being to have more "stop" cards than the enemy has "don't get stopped" cards.
----
Bottom line? Grand Finals: Queen, Infestor, Ultralisk vs. Queen, High Templar, Infestor
Team Ultralisk wins 3-1, Ultralisk does too much dps and runs the enemy Queen out of energy except in the 3rd game where they all got fungaled separately and the Ultra's Queen couldn't get in range to transfuse fast enough.

That "chick" is P!nk, and the song's named "Fuckin' perfect". And it's her usual style of lyrics.

Why can't we see the stage, where there's people cheering for some reason. Instead we get the worst kind of music known to man.
