If you want to see someone handling tank/marine with mostly marines and some good marine spread yes. There was some interesting tactical play and a base trade as well. The VODs are worth checking out if you like either player.

I'm really loving Brat_ok's play here, though it seems really fragile.

Man, people don't seem to be watching the IPL much anymore. Only 5k at prime time?
Also, I miss TB and Apollo.

Hmmm - despite constantly taking out lots of BratOk's forces, Lalush hasn't been able to really push forwards against BratOK.

Thanks for the info. I'm not particularly interested in either player, so I guess I'll pass.

I keep trying to give it a chance, but just not getting hooked. Maybe it's not as cool compared to all the LAN events, maybe its the lack of Koreans, maybe it's something else I have no idea. It kinda just feels like another one of the many online tournaments.

Nice game. Would have been different if the T had gotten any casters (beyond Medivacs).

Game 1 of bratok and lalush is highly recommended.
+ Show Spoiler + Wish bratok got ghosts but still interesting to watch the siege dynamic

That was a fun game. I don't think the casters appreciated Brat_Oks comeback quite enough. He was way behind after his first attack failed, but almost got back into it with the risky fast third. I think he could have made it really close if his tank push had moved a little bit faster.

seriously bratok's mechanics are so strong but he's getting raped because he totally overlooks thors, ghosts, and blue flame. even ignoring like the best 50% of the terran armory somehow bratok continues to perform pretty well in tournaments

Lalush knocks out BratOK. Lalush abused his mobility to take him out - I feel like a thor would have helped BratOk out greatly against all those mutas.

Not nearly as interesting as game 1 (which I highly recommend), but still a good watch.

Definitely needed a Thor or two to help keep muta harrass down.

Agreed. The most impressive tank marine macro style I've seen as of late. Curious how his games at assembly went (haven't watched any yet).

I watch it from time to time but these first rounds aren't really interesting, there's only like one game per night I want to watch so If I'm doing something else then I can't be bothered to turn the stream on really. The interviews in between games are really boring too for me, I don't really care about most american players that they interviewed and the questions aren't interesting anyway.
