Awesome :D NW always good for some epic match ups and national pride!
|
New Zealand go go go! Moving to Aussie next year but will always support NZ =D
|
Can't see Australia losing against NZ, but a PvP and ZvZ might be iffy ><
|

TGUN FIGHTING!

Aussie fightiiiiiiinggggg!

Lot of the matches could go either way... got to favor tgun (though he chokes at a professional level), edge, and light in their games though.
|

Haha I am pretty happy with the lineups, I am guessing 5-0 for Aus though I wouldn't be super surprised if JazBas, MaSteR or Kowi get some wins here or there!

Australia is doing well so far =P
Tgun is playing well and light did a good job. It is also good to see these tournaments going ahead though i would have loved to have seen mOOnGlaDe (or how ever he uses his caps lock) play.

Tgun is playing terrible (and hilariously), but mostly on account of having no fear of his opponent. NZ team is very much heroes and zeroes.

wtf why not tell the worker count al game

MATINO OUT OF NOWHERE! Haha true MatiNO style.

Yeah get working on it New Zealand! Both such small countries (NZ especially so) but we both have some decent players. I would root for a NZ player just to hear the accent in interviews.
What are the internet connections like in New Zealand anyway? Are they better or worse than Australia?

On August 07 2011 20:46 Freefall wrote: I wish New Zealand had better players=[ like one pro that I could be a fan boy for x) nGenJazbas was 33rd on the NA ladder last season, nGenMaSteR/Soft was in the top 100, Kowi was rank 1 on NA before and maintains tourney results, and there's a smattering of other high level players.

Kowi hasnt been able to train lately, for various reasons, but when he does he will be better than almost anyone in SEA. He was a pro in WC3 while at school, attending 3 WCG's, when he trains hard at sc2, hes gonna be one of the best.

He just started a new course at university I don't see him having the time to put in as much effort as he needs to be competitive internationally, though I don't doubt he has the RTS talent to do so.

well, atm he plays once a week at the icafe on our sc2 night afaik

This is true. Was convinced he was Protoss, but then saw him roll a different race every time he get got matched up against Mafia on his stream.
Seemed pretty handy as a Terran
