Even though he's won tons of weekly cups, I can't remember if he's won any large events. If he gets a big win, his team or he might afford to go to more international tournaments, which would be awesome. I heard that he was injured (I think I saw a picture of his leg in plaster), is this his first big tournament since he recovered or did I miss some east europe tourneys? Was a long time I didn´t see him participating in anything Edit: ok, read post above from pirat, thanks He was in both Dreamhack summer and Homestory cup. In DHS he got third in his group, behind Socke/Bratok and ahead of Morrow/Nightend/Diestar.In HSC3 he went out as quickly as possibly, with 1-2 losses against Naniwa and Tarson. Ah ofcourse, I think I saw every minute of HSC3, how could I forget... DHS I don´t remember anything, perhaps I should watch less SC2

I really dont like their rank point system and after Columbus which was total and pure awesomeness I was a bit disappointed in MLG Anaheim. For sure I am not staying up until 5-6am in the future for MLG ![]()

Plus as mentioned it was not really promoted well for the NA Audience (I almost forgot about it until the TL twitter flooded me with updates yesterday)

I will agree that many of the EU tournament have been overlooked here with the exception of Dreamhack and HSC. Though Weekend events should have way more viewers than long leagues. I don't think they have more viewers than the NASL Finals at all. On TL is says 15-20k which is kind of bad for recent viewing results.

This weakest pro scene stuff is seriously blown out of proportion and not cool. Idra and Huk are representing USA in WCG qualifiers. I'd say that's as good as any other single country in the world. And the U.S. is the #1 watcher of GSL so it's not true that MLG is "only LAN event that matters." Come on. Your post is full of falsehoods.
