Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you. |

You put that in all caps, but frankly it is scary how much of these forums actually genuinely think that.

Watching EVO and THAT is personality, not stupid BM shit cause you think your opponent is bad.

I much prefer seeing the Koreans coming out and hugging each other. That's so cute.

I want vods for those games! where can I find them?

Great tournament. Sure it would have been nice to see more games for a close series, but MVP was undefeated throughout and the result is fair given the double elimination format.

"Every second game had koreans with zero personality." Just had to fit that in, huh? I guess every foreigner has shown amazing/unique personality! Yeah, I don't get this personality whine, to be honest. I find most of the foreigners much more boring in terms of "personality" than the Koreans and would gladly watch MVP vs. Ganzi over something like IdrA vs. Cruncher or HuK vs. IdrA. And keep in mind that I don't even particularly like to watch TvT.
Also, who would want to miss MMA vs. Boxer? Seriously.
I guess that comment was more directed at MVP than any other Korean though, given the other comments in this thread, which kind of baffles me because he does have a personality. I don't get anyone who says he doesn't. I guess most viewers only appreciate the BM player, though. MVP's freakishly adorkable and endearing, IMHO.

oh, could someone please tell me what the song is in that video? i've heard it so much lately and it's become synonymous with nerd chills for me so ... any help would be appreciated!
(i apologise if it's super popular - i don't know much about popular music. T.T)

Yeah I agree too. Last MLG,
I was on the edge of my seat the whole time with MC's games and the rivalry with Idra and whatnot. Even the MLG before that had amazing games with Naniwa making his epic run.
This MLG's games were quite boring in my opinion. The Koreans seemed like robots to me. ><" Maybe it has to do with the fact that for last 4 hours I've been watching TvTs. Meh.

You guys are all insane. The matches between boxer and MMA, MVP vs DRG, Whitera vs Select and so many others were just intense. Yeah personality wise it wasnt too crazy, but it all comes down to the games and presentation. And MGL did those great. Best MLG so far. Cant wait GSL august!

He mentioned the tournament that had Boxer vs. Rain and boring in the same sentence? WTF is up with that?

Three code S guys had 1/2 the viewers of destiny combined. people are more entertained by flamboyant personalities than they are by being good at the game.
