Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you.

Really really wonderful tournament. appreciate MLG for putting up the free stream for us. USA players need to step it up a little though. Not a single one of them in Top 10

not really, that's what happens when you invite over so many scary Korean Terrans.

Invite 5 or so more really good korean zergs and protosses and the results would be much more balanced.

It's the normal GSL start time I think. 1810 KST

That was a pretty solid tournament.

I think I'm the only person kinda sick of seeing Koreans dominate everything. Can we grab all Code A guys next time? I'm sure Puzzle would love the chance to test his skill out against foreigners.

Puzzle is Code S?? And what difference would Code A players make? Code B players were sweeping the tournament.

Puzzle was Code A at least.

What Code B players were there except DRG? And wasn't everyone saying he belongs in Code S anyway?

Boxer, MMA, Ganzi, DRG, Choya, FXO... they are all techinically code B. Well... I guess not MMA anymore :D

Something tells me Boxer-DRG are better than Code B. Shame they're not in S.

Ehh, I think it would just be nice to get some of the lesser known Code A players out. Its great that we're inviting some of the best players from Korea, but no one can keep up with them. Huk and Nani being the last foreigner hope only to get shot down 2-0 for both of them by Ganzi/MMA shows how much of a skill gap there is between foreigners+Koreans.

Eh, Huk has been solid in Code S, not really threatening to win, but performing as a consistent mid code S player. The skill gap is not that huge between Huk and the other Korean trained players. Obviously the skill gap is pretty huge, between the western and eastern training scenes, but I would not want to see the competition neutered by bringing in sub-par players.

Really really wonderful tournament. appreciate MLG for putting up the free stream for us. USA players need to step it up a little though. Not a single one of them in Top 10

Huk is a US citizen, and Rain is a US permanent resident, or at least plans to stay in America with his family. Thus 2 American players in the top 10.

Losing a random Bo3 to a Korean terran doesn't prove anything. HuK decisively beat TSLAlive, MKP, and MMA in his last few showings of high level PvT in Korea, and was doing quite well against Polt before losing to him in Super tournament. I think that the top foreigners are still in with a fighting chance, especially with Thorzain and Nani going to train in Korea now.

Agreed. This MLG was so boring for me. Every second game had koreans with zero personality. I didn't see a single "omg epic" matchup like huk vs idra or something along those lines which MLG is famous for. Every day when I checked the matchlist upcoming for the day it just got more and more boring. I can't blame the koreans or the management because it would be unfair to not include them but...boy does it make events more boring for foreigner viewers. We already have gom...I'd like to see some foreigners play for once.

The skill gap between koreans and foreigners are getting bigger and bigger just like in BW.

Must say the mlgs keep getting better and better. This was the best one for me especially with a korean top 6. Here's to more korean domination at next mlg!

And keeping them separate is going to bridge that skill gap?

The worst thing about an all Korean top 6 is that it proved Slasher correct.
