Cruncher plays out pretty well what he gets, but he doesn't see to have a good strategic handle on the game at a high level.

To be fair the tech and harass defense costs between Protoss and Zerg respectively cost a lot of money so if the harass fails and causes you to lose, the Zerg probably had too much of an economic lead to begin with.
It just means that if you need the harass to do lots of damage instead of to just make the zerg waste resources and larvae, then you are rolling dice.
