Never have been more sure who I was rooting for than Destiny vs Rain.

Goooooooo Destiny!

I hope Destiny does well in this and starts doing well in tournements if only to show that he's not someone to just be dismissed.

A lot of people appear to think that he just does lots of gimmicky builds when really he has his infestor build that he will constantly refine. It's just that the refinements tend to be 'Hrm... more infestors.' or to not mess up the micro in the way he did. Or to not wait until the 15 minute mark to get zergling speed . I would love to see him in tournements display that he's been practicing traditional zerg builds as well as a few of the real gimmicky builds to make him less predictable.
Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy but I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.

Oh you make infestors instead of mutas. It's so gimmicky. O.o

There are lot of refiments, expand timigs, upgrade timings, pushes etc. I used to do his build, i turned his stream on week later and he was doing something completely different. Just look more closely.

Also some Koreans doing something similar. Even it maybe only fast transition into Broodlords in ZvT.

PS: he is working on some other builds to make him less predictable. But on ladder there is no reason to use them.

Should be interesting games. Would hope for destiny to take it home but as long as we get to see some good games I won't complain.

Destiny is going to win, more because Rain is bad.

Yeah, just a longtime code S player, he must suck horribly.

The infestor-masser whose biggest achievement is having a popular stream will surely beat him.

Yep cuz destiny has never beaten a top player let alone a top korean player never happened.....

Beats one korean -> instantly favored against any korean.

Oh, fanboys...

He beat Bomber and Ace in Bo3. And he beat Huk and Puzzle on his stream.

It has a lot to do with adaptation to Destinys unusual style. Rain has met Destiny on the ladder, so the element of surprise is gone.
I think there will be some even games but rain will sadly edge out a victory.

Regardless of bias, you don't just beat Nestea BO5. Coupled with a highly predictable zerg?

Rain.

He also lost to a bucket load of Koreans too, but you're not mentioning that.

I really support this show-match idea, and can't wait to see how Destiny does matched up against top korean pros. This is simply because his style is so unique that a lot of them probably don't know how to counter it effectively, like we saw in his games vs Bomber. I really hope Destiny does well, as he has been trying hard to improve a lot recently.

Destiny has nothing to lose but everything to gain, If Rain loses he will be flamed so bad in foreign community for losing to him(or rather being called bad), no choice but for Rain to win.

3-1 Destiny, because TvZ is his best MU and Rain is mediocre, especially against zerg.

Really, ZvT is Destiny's best? I always thought his ZvP was his stronger one.

Anyways, I want Destiny to take the series, he's been playing really well as of recent.

His ZvT is weak early, so Rain will definitely cheese a game, maybe two off of him. But late game I've never seen Rain do anything special, and Destiny is solid once he can get through the early phases.

I didn't realise Destiny was from the Netherlands.

Hopefully Rain smashes him, he probably should if anyone at fnatic gave him a heads up on the kind of infestor (ab)use he's likely to face.

I never quite understood why infestors were considered gimicky but muta's weren't? Building 20+muta's is considered okay, but building 20+ infestors isn't? Am I wrong in saying that I think infestors are actually more solid than mutas?

If Destiny plays like he did against bomber i don't think Rain can win unless he manages to end the games early.
