Hate ZvZ but I think Nestea has one of the most compelling back stories (not close to FD's but then who has a story like FD's?).
Average player in BW, almost aged out of the system, surrounded by young guns (like losira!) and then becomes the most dominant player in SC2 in the best team in SC2.
The final is fun to watch not because of the epic SC2 action (its zvz after all) but because its Nestea playing.

NesTea and LosirA absolutely dominated. Wasn't even close. This should be an awesome finals, but something tells me that NesTea may just win 4-0 again.
|
Nestea is gonna crush Losira..sorry guys.4-0 incoming..maybe 4-1
|
I'm hoping that arguably the top 2 zergs in SC2 can give a good final series for once.
Maybe some ultralisk on ultralisk action or something?

As one sided as the finals might look, there's also the "story" side to it. It's a great story, Losira endures the pain of Code A, goes on to face a gauntlet of powerful opponents, only to see his master waiting in the end. Can the disciple defeat his master?

ZvZ finals. Hopefully the curse of the bad GSL finals can be broken... but with ZvZ I doubt it. =(

I'm not sure where to ask this so I guess I'll just try here... Does anyone know who will be casting the up and downs?

This. Although I feel like Nestea should just cane Losira (he does have the best zvz in the world) this could be a very, very interesting finals. Losira mirrors nestea in a lot of ways with his playstyle, so I'm very interested to see how they play each other knowing each other's playstyle so well, hopefully it goes 7 games so I can learn the most about zvz

Hmm, I was kind of hoping for HongUn to get through so we could have a new protoss hero, but I guess that won't happen.

Vader throws that old frog down a chamber at the end so yes losira can.

ZvZ early game is so tense! Pumped for this.

I just noticed that NesTea hasn't lost yet this GSL. 2-0 in the group phase, 2-0 ensnare, 2-0 CoCa, 3-0 HungUn. The man is a beast.

No player in GSL has even made 2 consecutive appearances so far.
This. Calling Nestea a bonjwa is disrespecting the true bonjwas.

NesTea vs LosirA will either show everyone how fantastic high level ZvZ is or show how unbeatable NesTea is in it, both of which will be interesting, but only one which will be genuinely entertaining. Let's hope!

I can't wait for another IdrA/Day9 talk on balance after this ZvZ final.
|
I predict Nestea to be the first SC2 bonjwa. This won't be his last GSL win in 2011.
|
I feel that Nestea will be doing some serious mind games like he did with CoCa. Only this time it will be even worse since he already knows Losiras play style inside and out.
