Huk is out if he loses 0-2 against Mana, and Jimpo loses 1-2 against Darkforce.

I agree that he should be able to win against Mana pretty convincingly, but outclassing Naniwa is nit entirely true. huk dominated him at MLG (not even mentioning homestory, which was a while ago by starcraft terms) Homestory certainly wasn't an outclassing, didn't see the mlg games so can't really comment on those. That homestory final basically came down to nani grabbing a 40 supply lead on 2 bases and losing to DT's + obs sniping, clever play from huk but extremely clutch. Mana is a good pvper imo, huk is the favorite but I don't see mana winning as far fetched or anything.

I agree that he should be able to win against Mana pretty convincingly, but outclassing Naniwa is nit entirely true. Last MLG 2-0 and Homestory Cup final he beat Naniwa aswell, after losing the winner semi tho, but overal he beat nani there aswell. I watched all of the HSC3 games, and there was nothing about them you could even remotely call outclassing. In the end Huk won because of one misread/mistake from Naniwa who actually had the game almost in the bag. thats pvp for you, 4-1 is not outclassing? even if its just one 1 mistake per game it adds up in a bo7. before the finals nani's build was just blind hard countering huk's and even then it was pretty even. It was 6-4. AND Nani beat MC. But let's forget about that right now, jimpo is playing and we will never agree it seems ![]() Its 8-4 in recent encounters so yeah huk did beat naniwa. outclassing in PvP is just.. meh lol

I guess you never saw him play before Dreamhack. Huk was losing hard and making huge mistakes in pretty much every foreigner tournament he attended. This is more like the old Huk we're seeing. Huk has gone from South Korea to MLG Anaheim to Assembly the safer assumption is that he put too much on his plate and can't handle it getting knocked out of Assembly early might end up being a good thing for Huk. he can return back to Korea sooner and start preparing for his Code S match on Aug 10 Huk isn't invincible and the player he lost to isn't a scrub, no matter what your fanboy heart might make you believe, there isn't a Flash in SC2, anyone in the top 50 can take a game off any other player
