Based of the current records seems like ro4 would be: Nestea vs MC Losira vs Byun I think they really need to start seeding the group phase like they do in Tennis or something and have Seed no1 and Seed no2 never meet until the final. For example MC vs NesTea semi final winner plays Byun/Bomber/Losira/Tester, i wouldnt say its an Auto win, but MC/NesTea winner would be a 70% favorite T.T and i find that kinda silly. Oh well!! XD MC would not be favored vs Bomber. But he is higher ranked, which is my point. Whats the point in being given a seed to just be able to pick 1 member of your Code S group. The seeding should be given to all, and groups determined over due course, then you have top seeds meet in the later rounds, and if it would happen Seed 1 vs Seed 2 final. (NesTea vs MC i beleive) Well if he would've done well last season he could've picked where he wanted to be. But he didn't. So he got placed in whatever group picked him.
Yeh but, NesTea MVP MC ranked 1 2 3 respectively in GSL rankings, but because they get knocked out bit early in 1 Code S, they are not allowed to pick 1 memeber of there group, or what group Letter they are? Doesnt make sense to me.

Btw, Milkis has twitted Wooju Lee Some changes made to the Code A Preliminaries run by GSL -- It now runs over two days and accepts up to 576 people.

And so little Jaedong #2 wins, taking a dump on Tassadar's Colossus control and blink micro. Great final 2 games.

MMA and DRG are 1-1 in past matches MMA vs DRG is kinda map dependant. If they play on a map like Metalopolis, where you can drop all day long and all night long, MMA will win. If they play on a map like, I don't know, crossfire maybe satisfies that (or Bel'shir beach), where you can't drop anyone without being spotted, DRG will not lose a single game. MMA can't win shit as long as his drops are handled.

good GRIEF, just when you thought they were getting soft T.T
so code B is bigger than "grandmaster" then? how on Earth is that administered? or is the ladder ranking not used now?

Based of the current records seems like ro4 would be: Nestea vs MC Losira vs Byun As much as I'd love to see Byun in Ro4, It just don't see him getting by Bomber Byun's best matchup is his TvT imo and its definitely 50-50 between bomber and byun imo
Yeah Byun's best matchup is TvT but Bomber is the best TvTer in the world. I think it's 30-70.

THESE FINALS WERE AWESOME!
It's like a fighting game, the action is happening so fast you don't even know what's going on!

Guys, I'm so sick of GSL finals being bashed on. It's not GSL's fault that their 'top' players get upset. Just like it wasn't NASL's fault that their final was super badass. People bash on GSL for having crappy finals and act all of NASL's faults were forgotten just because they got lucky and had an epic final series.
I'm not saying that you guys are bashing on GSL necessarily, but you're griping about something they have no control over. And you're treating it as the responsibility of the tournament to have an awesome finals, as opposed to the players.

stop talking bs... qualification for a finals is not a right, it is something earned... the last two games here were pretty good PvPs...

Puzzle is soo damn good. I'm looking forward to him in Code S, the Code A winners have all been great so far, I don't see that changing.

Idk what everyone is talking about, I love watching any games, short or long, where there is a period of 'who the fuck is going to win this?' racing through my head, which is exactly what these finals did for me. I'd rather watch this all day than watch a long macro PvZ where one army crushes the other after 20 minutes of expanding and semi-harassing. Granted, the best games are long ass macro games with every tech but ONLY if they have the 'who the fuck is going to win this?' racing through my head throughout the whole game, otherwise, it's super boring to me.

I haven't watched the series but is it really only the 5th and 6th game recommended? The vods just got online and I don't really want to watch 4gating action :p
