Puzzle should take it, but there haven't been that many ways to directly compare these two, so it could be close. Hope we see some new styles and not just 4 gates, blinks and colossus wars.

I hope Code A can produce some really good games; Puzzle has to be the favourite but PvP can always provide some interesting results; i just hope they go for some form of innovation instead of the standard plays

The winner of Code A finals should get an automatic spot for Code S, or did they change that this season?

They did. The winner gets an auto spot in code S, while the runner up goes to the up and down matches.

Are you serious? That's slower than Goody's apm. God I hate low apm pros so much. They trick me into thinking I could be good at SC2. Go Puzzle!

Puzzle's pure Code S material, putting up a great fight against Bomber, and he's also one of the fastest, if not, the fastest SCII player ever (boasting 550APM on the Faster setting, which would be around 660~700 real APM).

I'm excited to see how he's going to do in Code S. If Bomber becomes the Code S champion this season and Puzzle wins the Code A finals, we could be seeing a Jaedong-Flash rivalry between them, which in my opinion, would be pretty awesome (Puzzle looks like Jaedong too).

I hope PuMa and Sage follow soon too, because they're the best players in their teams, and are complete monsters (if Sage cleaned up his unit control, he'd be 10x scarier than he already is too).

Sadly there aren't any scary new Zergs besides DongRaeGu, which I find quite disappointing. In DRG's case, he'll probably win the MLG and immediately turn Code S (I wonder how NesTea can handle DRG's crazy unit control and genius harassment)... but I don't see anyone else new playing Zerg that's in his caliber (or Sage, Puzzle, Puma and Bomber's caliber) that can even up the numbers.

Already comparing puzzle to jaedong...

throw the B word in there and we have a discussion going...

...you mean....

BANJOS?!

or

Bon Jovi?!

But seriously, read my previous post. I was comparing Puzzle and Jaedong's looks. I wasn't calling anyone a banjo, and never will for SCII until after 5 or so years of GSL.

Puzzle is awesome, and he's surprised me throughout this whole series, and since it's the GSL, it's going to be a 4-0.

Puzzle wins 4-0 vs Tassadar ezpz.

I want puzzle to win because tassadar beat Leenock. Both these guys are pretty solid though. Tassadar is #1 protoss on the ladder iirc. Puzzle just goes beastmode. The code A all kill would just be epic.

I think Tassadar is just too sloppy to win this. Puzzle's 400+ APM gives him some healthy room for pristine unit control (which it seems like is all that matters in PvP)
