Huk's major weaknesses IMO are decision making and late game. He's an extremely strong early game player, and decent mid game.

That's been my impression too. When picking my LB I won't bet on him if his opponent, the match-up and/or the map(s) make it likely for a series to go into the late-game.

I think theres seriously something wrong with HuKs mid to late game gameplan, he tends to be way to passive especially against zerg, ive seen plenty of games where huk plays a macro game against a zerg and just lets the zerg get their ideal broodlord infestor comps without even the slightest harass or pressure, his early game is pretty good, but god his lategame is goddamn aweful

But Huk late game vZ is perfect (at least very good). I don't agree with the late game comments, this game is not very representative, huk fell apart to the drops.

Either I'm blind or the OP is missing what format is used for the group matches. Winner vs winner, loser vs loser? All Bo3?

That's what happen when you don't repower 7 gateways with a single pylon....

That game was stupid, Huk lost collosi left and right, engaged at the worst possible place while on the other hand Alive kept snipping canons instead of probes or nexi and never expanded safely.

I'm also sad that huk never made his caracteristic warp prism and that Alive didn't snippe the only pylon on the left most base of Huk.

I don't agree with that at all. A very large percentage of his versus Zerg wins don't go past the 1/2 base mark. He four gates a hell of a lot and goes DT's before expo a lot too.

His late game vs Z is pretty shaky, even against players he should be easilly beating (eg. Stephano, Lalush). If he were to play Losira or Nestea (the ZvP masters) he'd get slapped down pretty hard.
