Dear Terran-brothers,
please stop the kind of whining in a LR thread that you've spent months laughing at zergs for.
thanks

This game is getting pretty interesting, they're on very similar armies now though Byun has a far more aggressive position with his units, as well as a decent tank lead.

sC was owning nestea, lets 2 orbitals die to muta
MVP ahead in supply, lets his orbital die to mutas -.- And how would you like them to do that against huge Muta clouds like that? Make turrets in the mineral lines (not behind) so you can repair always keep a healthy marine counter in wait at home build a thor? Jeeez are you really trying to say terrans can't deal with mutalisks now? Sure, it's so easy to deal with it. I wonder why world's top Terrans are so bad, I guess it's due to zerg supa ninja skills lol. Mutalisks are impossible to deal with Broodlord/Infestor impossible to death with bane mines too strong etc Terran still dominating all of korean ladder, gsl, and foreign tourneys..... I don't understand you people haha agree with this so much stop crying terrans, the game isnt meant to be easy. so what MVP got beaten on an alleged zerg favoured map. im pretty sure 95% of maps over the whole of GSL have been terran favoured. suck it up and learn to deal with it without whinging. yeah a lot of terrans are very good players who practice reaaally really hard. I bet most TvZ wins are when the terran pushes early for most korean terrans. Show me late game TvZ against nestea where the terran wins..go ahead... seeing how half of code S plays terran i dont really see their problems
Haha, gg no re

Make turrets in the mineral lines (not behind) so you can repair always keep a healthy marine counter in wait at home build a thor? Jeeez are you really trying to say terrans can't deal with mutalisks now? Umm, didn't Line get really far on his super heavy mutalisk style? Mutas are extremely hard to deal with. Once you get to around 25-30 turrets literally do nothing. Thors can be magic boxed, and groups of marines can lose too. But I'd think that if you get 30 Mutas you don't have much else (specifically, not many banes/infestors)? And I don't think Mutas would be cost-efficient versus Marines in any way, right? So if you get tons of Marines, wouldn't that work? If you get tons of marines the zerg can just immediately go into bane mode and infestors later. Since mutalisk damage overall goes up, groups of marines won't work against mutas. Hm.. what about a thor/marine mix? I know you can magic box, but Thors are still cost efficient against Mutas, right? (5 Mutas/Thor). I mean, getting a huge Mutaball like that takes a lot of commitment, if you can neutralize it I don't think Zerg has enough resources to do a massive tech switch. Thors are good vs. mutas, but more thors = less tanks. If Z goes more ling/bling heavy once again and the terran doesn't have perfect splits it will wreck them. Mutas are kinda hard to tech out of, but if the Zerg controls it properly they can keep up a high number of mutas and kill the economy of the T.

99% sure he played, you HAD to have played it at least somewhat if you live in Korea during that generation.
Also can you balance nerds please STFU, make a thread about mutas where you can cry or something.

That argument is unfortunately what's wrong with the whole balance discussion - I mean, NesTea is one of the best players anyways, so the reason he wins in late game might not be the race but his own ability. That's why you cannot look at specific matches but at the overall picture (I'd assume that on average, the skill level of all the races is the same or a t least close enough).

Finally, when the muta flock is getting too big you hunter seeker missile them all after they have eaten a thor shot. I assume that was a joke. Mutas can out run/micro Hunter Seeker with ease.

It's better to practice for one match-up. That's pretty much the one advantage Zenio had, if he had one.

if byun beats MvP...I don't sc2 GSL anymore lol

Byun is playing superbly, great positioning, good macro, great attacks.
Byun's been playing like a boss in the KR weekly events too.
GG. Byun takes it comfortably in the late game and NASL Q2 finalist sC falls to the up&down matches. Big shock,
